What It’s Made Of
The heart of the unit is a quartz tube that houses the halogen elements. They’re rock-solid, with stable resistance and a lightning-fast response to temperature changes. Inside, a special coating spreads the heat evenly, protecting the element from those nasty hot spots that can kill a heater. And when it comes to installation, we’ve kept it dead simple. We use an R7s connector—a classic, reliable interface that’s been proven in the field. It’s a true drop-in replacement. Wire it up, lock it in, and you’re back to work. No fuss.
Where It Shines
This heater is a natural fit for tough jobs like PET blowing, where you need intense radiant heat without the background hum of other systems. Now, a heads-up. Packing 2500W at 400V generates serious local heat. So you need to make sure your machine’s cooling and clearance are properly set up to protect the parts nearby.
