Introduction
Picture this: you’ve got a space that’s always damp and you’re fighting a losing battle to keep it warm. That’s exactly why we built our IP65 infrared heaters. They’re made for those tight, wet spots—think changing rooms, wash bays, and workshops that get blasted by the elements. And instead of wasting energy heating the air, they send warmth straight to the people and surfaces that need it. The result? You feel the heat, fast.
The Inside Story
Here’s the magic behind infrared: the heat travels as radiation, hitting its target and getting absorbed on contact. That’s why our IP65 heaters feel almost instant. Flip the switch, and the warmth is there. No waiting around. And because these places are always wet, we sealed the whole system—the lamp, the reflector, the wiring—against water. So you can mount it right in the dampest spot without stressing about shorts or corrosion.
Power That Fits
We give you options when it comes to power and voltage, so you can match the heater to your building’s electrical setup. If you need serious heat from a small footprint, the high-voltage models are the way to go. But, they do ask more of your circuit and need smart thermal management. Just plan your wiring and ventilation up front, and you’ll keep everything running safely within its limits.
What It’s Built From
We chose a quartz envelope for the heating element. Why? It handles high temperatures like a champ and responds instantly. Inside, a halogen gas helps keep the output steady over time by protecting the filament. Then, a reflector focuses all that infrared energy forward, so you’re not wasting heat. It’s all about getting the warmth exactly where you need it. For the connections, we went with an R7s connector. It’s a no-brainer for industrial use—secure, aligned, and easy to install, over and over again. And those IP65 seals at the ends? They’re the shield that keeps water out, whether it’s from spray, steam, or just plain condensation.
Where It Shines
Think about a locker room. Doors are constantly opening and closing, and all that warm air just escapes. With these heaters, you stop fighting that battle. They warm the floors and the objects around you, so you feel that comfort almost immediately. Plus, it makes control simple—just heat the zone when it’s needed. Now, a heads-up: these units run hot. That’s the trade-off for such powerful, direct warmth. So you’ve got to respect the mounting distance and clearance. Pick the right model for your space, follow the rules, and you’ll get a heater that’s tough, reliable, and ready to take whatever you throw at it.
