The specs are simple and smart: 400V at 2500W. That voltage choice is key. It keeps the current draw low, which means you can use smaller wires and take the strain off your control panel connections. And that 2500W power packed into such a short length? That gives you high watt density, so you can heat up tiny zones fast. Imagine pre-heating a mold in a flash, or keeping a specific spot on a line perfectly hot.
Material & Design: Halogen, Quartz, and R7s
Inside, it’s all about the halogen element, housed in a tough quartz tube. The halogen chemistry keeps the filament stable over time, so it resists blackening and just keeps delivering that consistent heat. The quartz tube itself is built to handle rapid temperature swings and intense internal heat without cracking. And for installation, we went with an R7s connector. That double-ended pin layout gives you a solid, standardized mount that locks in place and stays put, even when things get seriously hot. No shifting, no fuss.

This setup was made for industrial jobs that need a quick response in a tiny footprint—things like PET blowing, plastic welding, and small ovens.
